Terms & Conditions of Use

Please ensure that you (referred to as the "User", "you" or "your") read these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE with care as they govern your use of and access to this Web Site (the "Site"). If you do not accept them, please cease use of the Site immediately. TO USERS OF THIS SITE the following provisions apply: 

These terms apply to goods ordered via the internet from femdadboutiqueventures.uk. Internet offers relate to internet transactions only.

1. Seller

The Seller is Femdad Boutique Ventures is as an online business not a high street shop.

2. Order process

2.1 Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you.
2.2 An offer is made when you place an order for products. However, we will not have made a contract with you unless and until we accept your offer (see clause 2.5 below).
2.3 We will take payment from your card when we process your order and have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.
2.4 If you enter a correct e-mail address we will send you an order acknowledgement e-mail and order update e-mail(s). These are not order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
2.5 Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the goods you have ordered are dispatched from our warehouse to be delivered to the address you have given us. It does not take place until that stage, even though we may have debited your card (see 2.3 above) or we have sent acknowledgement e-mails (see 2.4 above).
2.6 The contract will be formed at the place of dispatch of the goods.
2.7 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with clause 2.5 of these terms and conditions.
2.8 We do not file details of your order for you to access, so please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own record.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment may be made by any single one of the methods indicated on our website. We are unable to process orders with more than one method of payment.
3.2 You will be charged the price for buying goods from our website as at the time and date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT (where applicable).
3.3 A delivery charge will be applied at checkout. Please view our delivery charges.
3.4 We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but, very occasionally, an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error. 

4. Delivery

4.1 We deliver to any address in the UK, Europe and Africa. Please view our Delivery Information section for further information.
4.2 We reserve the right to decline to deliver to any location. In such circumstances, we will attempt to contact you and will treat the order as cancelled.
4.3 Orders generally require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by you or the person to whom the order is addressed. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card to advise that delivery was attempted. 

5. General

5.1 Certain goods may be subject to age restrictions. By placing an order for any such goods, you confirm that you have reached the required age.
5.2 All measurements are approximate.
5.3 The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and reproduction processes will allow.
5.4 All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be in the English language and construed and governed according to the laws of the United Kingdom and the UK courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters. 

6. Cancellation

If, for any reason you wish to do so, you have the right to cancel any order you have placed (other than in respect of goods made to your specification, clearly personalised or unsealed audio or video recording or computer software). Where the goods have been delivered to you, you may cancel them up to 7 working days starting from the day after the goods were received, in line with the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001. Any delivery charges will not be refunded and you will incur the cost of returning the goods (unless you return them to a Femdad Boutique Ventures.

7. Returns

7.1 In addition to your cancellation rights as described in clause 6, we have a 'Goodwill' policy. For further details please refer to our Returns & Refunds section.
7.2 If you receive goods that are faulty or damaged, you are required to notify us within 24 hours of receipt of same. Thereafter, you should await hearing from us before proceeding further.

8. Sale or Reduced Items

The reductions shown are reductions from the original price charged on the website. They may also be reductions on the supplier’s recommended retail price (RRP). Occasionally, these prices may have applied more than three months ago. 

9 Other Terms

9.1 The contents of the Femdad Boutique Ventures web site is provided as information to users and Femdad Boutique Ventures accept no liability for economic loss or damages of any kind relating to your use of the web site. The information contained in the web site is correct at the time of publication but Femdad Boutique Ventures reserve the right to change, move or delete any portion of this site at any time.
9.2 All the material on the site, text and images, are the property of Femdad Boutique Ventures and you may not copy, distribute, modify or publish this material in whole or in part without the expressed written permission of Femdad Boutique Ventures
9.3 Information gathered by Femdad Boutique Ventures through the web site will be used solely for marketing purposes by Femdad Boutique Ventures and groups commissioned to undertake this work on behalf of Femdad Boutique Ventures and will not be distributed to any third parties.
